Billy F. Cummings, 84, Hamilton, MO, passed away at his home on September 25, 2017. Billy was born on October 30,1932 to Sam and Belvia May Reid Cummings in Rosin, AR.

Billy was a veteran serving in the Army as a lineman during the Korean War. He was a member of the Hamilton American Legion Post. For 42 years, Billy was an over-the-road trucker employed by Pirkle Trucking, Wisconsin. For 12 of those years, Billy was joined on the road by his wife Karen. Karen and Billy married in May 1984 in Julesburg, CO.

Billy is survived by his wife Karen,of the home,2 sons, William (Debra) of Chillicothe; Timothy of Mooresville; five daughters, Alice Jensen, Fort Smith, AR; Connie (Gary) Koehly, Chillicothe; Cindy Radar, Maryville; Melissa Cummings, OR; Janice (Kevin) Miller, Goodman, MO, several grandchildren, great-children and two sisters, Millie Gray and France Parker.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 29 at 2:00 PM at the Open Bible Church, Hamilton, MO, with the Rev. Gary Whitmer officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to: Karen Cummings.
