Clarence "Mike" Michael Stone, 69, Kidder, MO, passed away on June 11, 2022, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron.  He lived in Kidder since 2007.

Clarence was born on October 15, 1952, in Coos Bay, Oregon, to Clarence Anderson and Alice Elizabeth (Irving) Stone.  He earned his Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.  He honorably served his country in the Army and retired from the military after a 22 year career.  Clarence also taught welding for 5 years at Central Texas College, and most recently drove for the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron.  The highlight and favorite part of his military career was working as a drill sergeant and instructing and training soldiers at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

Clarence was also a handy-man who could work on and build anything.  He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Preceding Clarence in death were his parents and a daughter, April Dawn Stone.

Survivors:  4 children-Jennifer (John) Stone-Dothage, Kempner, TX; Melissa Stone (Paul), Georgia; Melinda (Jason) Underwood, Georgia; and Andrew Stone, Cameron, MO; 9 grandchildren-Jacob, Nathaniel, April (Ty) Wilkerson, Alexis (Nicholas) Dohman, Maddison, Letti, Tearsyn, Tegan and Payton; and 4 great-grandchildren-Harlow, Slade, Fallon and Everett.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, MO.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Crossroads Church in Cameron, MO., at 11 a.m.
