David B. James, 62, Breckenridge, MO, passed away at his home on June 3, 2021.  He formerly lived in Hamilton and Taylor, Michigan.

David was born on August 24, 1958, in Cameron, MO, to Leroy "Lefty" James and Patricia Carone Bohn.  He graduated from high school in Taylor, Michigan.  He worked as a supervisor and operator for heavy machinery operations.  He worked for Copeland Construction and also for his father.

He enjoyed his music, shooting guns, hunting, and eating, since he was a good cook.

David was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jeff.

Survivors:  Children-Keyla and Jerid Oak James, Hamilton; Mother-Patricia Bohn and Step-Father-Leonard Bohn, Taylor, Michigan; Siblings-Brad James, Kidder; Scott Bohn, Taylor, MI; Dennis James, Kansas City, MO; Shari Kipp, Hamilton; and Heather McCrackin, Illinois; Grandchildren-2; Uncles-Wayne Carone, Dr. Douglas Carone, Dale Carone and Donald James; Aunts-Nancy Summers and Beverly Schartner; and numerous other family members.

Cremation entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

Formal visitation:  6 to 7:30 p.m., Monday, June 7, 2021, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Caldwell County Foundation Cancer Assistance Fund.
