Edgar Burnett, 80, of Kingston Missouri passed away on November 7 2010 at the North Kansas City Hospital.Edgar was born on January 24 1930 to James Cullen and Leona (Edwards) Burnett. Edgar was raised in the Mirabile area and graduated from the Mirabile High School. He was a farmer for all of his life. He was a veteran serving with the Marines during the Korean War.Edgar was preceded in death by his parents James Cullen and Leona. Survivors include a sister Betty Barnes of Kansas City; three sons Mark Burnett (Annette) Kingston Ryland Burnett Cameron and Scott Burnett Kansas City; a daughter Beverly (John) Deis Kingston; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday November 10 2010 at Mirabile Cemetery.Edgars family requests that in lieu of flowers donations are made to North Kansas City Hospice House North Kansas City Hospital.A gathering after the service for family and friends will be held at the Mirabile Community Church.
