Eleanor Sarah (Francis) Bowery, 96, Hamilton, MO., passed on August 21, 2026.  Eleanor lived in Kansas City, Richmond and Kingston, MO.

Eleanor was born on April 27, 1930, in Maysville, MO, to Arthur Eugene and Ruth (Everett) Francis.  Her family moved to Kingston where she grew up and graduated from high school.  Eleanor was a homemaker and mother.  She loved flowering plants, pets, all foods, good stories, jokes and humor, as well as traveling on family vacations.

She was married to Jackie Junior Bowery for 73 years and he passed in 2021.  Eleanor was also preceded in death by her parents, son-Robert Dale Bowery, and 4 brothers-Paul, Roland, David and Hubert Francis.

Survivors include her children-Darrell D. Bowery (Rhonda), of Pleasant View, TN; Carol G. Smith, of Overland Park, KS; and Sarah R. Bowery (Glennie Peery), of Breckenridge, MO; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and numerous  nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service and Interment:  10 a.m., Saturday, August 29, 2026, at The Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, MO.

Formal Visitation:  9:00 to 9:45 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 29, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, just prior to the graveside service.
