Fredrick Phil McIntosh, 83, Hamilton, Mo., passed away November 20, 2016, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron. He lived in Caldwell County, Missouri, most of his life mostly in the towns of Nettleton and Hamilton.

Fred was born on October 28, 1933, in Caldwell County, Mo., to George Homer and Sylvia Virginia Johnson McIntosh. He had worked in farming and agriculture. He honorably served the United States in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers-Harold, William "Ernie", and Frank "Cook" McIntosh; and sister-Martha Culp.

Survivors: Niece-Patricia Miller, Warrenton, Mo.; and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, Mo.

Visitation: 2 to 3 p.m., one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Interment: Rose Hill Cemetery, Breckenridge, Mo.
