James (Jim) Edward Ragle, 81, Hamilton, MO, passed away on May 1, 2020, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron, MO. Jim moved to Hamilton in 1974 from Gladstone, MO.

Jim was born on May 27, 1938, in Kansas City, KS, to Roy H. and Annie (Green) Ragle.  He graduated from the North Kansas City High School and then attended a technical school in Chicago, IL.  He worked for and retired from TWA in Kansas City in June of 1995.

Jim was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hamilton.  He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, a motorcycle club and the Holiday Ramblers Camping Club.  His hobbies included woodworking, researching genealogy, and he enjoyed history and watching westerns on television.

He married Frances Helen Beach on May 19, 1962.  She preceded him in death in 1998.  He was also preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Roy H. (Junior) Ragle.

On June 16, 2001, he married Rebecca Fainter.  She survives of the home.

Additional survivors:  Children-  Roy Ragle, Lompoc, CA; Tim Ragle, Victorville, CA; Bill Ragle, Hamilton; Jerry Ragle, Cowgill, MO; Johnny Ragle, Hamilton; and Crystal Ragle, Cameron, MO; 3 step-children-David McFarland, Littleton, NH; Delta Asbury, Kentucky; and Michael McFarland, Cameron; 30 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and cousins.

Funeral Mass:  10 am, Friday, May 8, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hamilton.

Visitation/Rosary: 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 7, with Rosary at 7 pm, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Interment:  Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.
