JoAn June Reid, 88, Cameron, MO, passed away on September 24, 2022, at the Golden Age Nursing Home, Braymer, MO.  She lived in Cameron 3 years, moving there from Wichita, KS.  She also previously lived in Denver, CO.

JoAn was born on June 9, 1934, in Syracuse, KS, to Charlie and Ella (Jantz) Knott.  She worked as an accountant, auditor, and then later as a CPA.  She also worked as a stock broker and taught at Wichita State University. Her love was watching the stock market and trading.

She was married to Merle Raymond Reid and he preceded her in death in 1990.  She was also preceded by her parents and a brother-Richard L. Knott.

Survivors:  Sister-Dorothy Knott, Hamilton; Nieces-Diana (Tim) Freund and Donna Tarkowski; Great-Nephews-Chad and Christopher Freund; Great-Great-Nephew-Ralston Freund; and Great-Great-Niece-Ellinor Freund.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, MO.
