Lena Mae (Linville) Bowers, 90, Cameron, Missouri, formerly of Kidder and Princeton, Missouri, passed away on December 6, 2012, at The Village in Cameron.

Lena was born on March 1, 1922, in Benton, Kansas, to Jefferson C. and Ina May Prosser Linville. She was a Lathrop, Missouri, high school graduate, class of 1941. Lena had been a homemaker and a member of the Cameron First Baptist Church.

Lena married William Warren Bowers on December 31, 1945, in Lathrop, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 5 brothers, Ray, Howard, Ralph, Wilbur, and Harold.

Survivors: Children: William H. Bowers, Independence, Mo.; Linda Morgan, Cameron; Rebecca Rogers, Princeton, Mo.; Ruth Heldenbrand, Kidder; and Robert W. Bowers, Fulton, Mo.; Brother, Everett Linville, Cornelius, North Carolina; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, at the Cameron First Baptist Church.
Visitation: 6 to 7:30 p.m., Monday, at Brown Funeral Home, Cameron.
Interment: Cameron Memory Gardens, Cameron.
Memorials: The Missouri Baptist Children's Home.
