Linda Lou Hudson, 72, Kidder, MO., passed away at her home, surrounded by her loved ones, on January 18, 2024.

Linda was born on January 28, 1951, in Harrisonville, MO., to Walter and Virginia (Drehle) Gorsage.  She and her husband moved to Kidder, MO., 22 years ago.

Linda was a member of the Kidder Baptist Church, Kidder, and she enjoyed gardening, crafts and quilting.

Preceding Linda in death were her parents, sister-Phyllis Dickerson, and brother-Donald Gorsage.

She married Jimmie Hudson on October 3, 1983, in Forsyth, MO.  Jim survives of the home.

Additional survivors:  sister-Martha Gorsage, Kidder;  children-Debbie Wilder, Kansas City, KS.; Jimmie (Mindy) Hudson, Chesapeake, VA; Dennis Hudson, Plattsburg, MO.; John (Lori) Hudson, Jamesport, MO.; and David (Michelle) Hudson, Kearney, MO.; 25 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Celebration of a New Beginning Service:  12:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the Kidder Baptist Church.

Visitation:  11 a.m., until noon, Wednesday, January 24, at the Kidder Baptist Church, 1 hour prior to the service.

Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to Comfort Care Hospice, Cameron, MO.

A meal will follow the service at the Kidder Baptist Church.
