Marion Carol (M.C.) Wright, Jr., of Lakeland, Florida, passed away at Bartow Regional Medical Center of heart failure. He had previously lived in Missouri, Alaska, Washington, Guam, and had retired in Florida.

Marion is survived by his wife, Carolyn Ann Wright; Sons, Phillip, Stephen and Kyle Wright; Daughters, Cherolyn Wright-Webb and Angela Kiley; Sister, Carol Lee Kempton; Brothers, Dale and Richard Wright; 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

M.C. had been a past minister of the Kidder Baptist Church, Kidder, Mo., as well as many other churches in the area including Baptist churches in Hardin and Carrollton, Mo.

A gathering of family and friends was held on June 14 at Lakeland Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Lakeland, Florida.

Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 24, at Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.
