Mary Della James, 81, Cameron, Missouri, passed away on April 29, 2014, at the Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.  She had lived in Hamilton, Cameron, and Osborn, Mo.

Mary was born on January 23, 1933, in Hamilton, to Edward and Helen Kautz Green.  She was a 1950 graduate of the Hamilton High School.  She had worked as a bookkeeper for the American Angus Hall of Fame in Platte City, Mo., and then worked for 15 years at Wal-Mart in Cameron in customer service.  She had also been a homemaker.

She was of the Christian faith and was a member of PEO, Chapter N, Hamilton.

On April 8, 1951, she married Orin L. James, Jr., in Hamilton.  He preceded her in death in 2000.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, Roy Morris.

Survivors:  3 sons, David Leslie James, Amity, Mo.; Charles Wesley James, Cameron; and Stephen Blake James, St. Joseph; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great-granddaughters.

Graveside Service & Interment:  2 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014, at the Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.

There is no formal visitation, but friends may call at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, on Friday, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
