Norma M. South, 83, Kidder, MO, passed away on January 22, 2021, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron. Norma previously lived in Cameron and moved to Kidder 30 years ago.

Norma was born on October 23, 1937, in Blythedale, MO, to Ira and Leola (Trammel) Kelley.  She graduated from the North Harrison High School in Eagleville, MO.  She was employed as the manager of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Cameron, and she worked for 20 years at the WalMart Supercenter in Cameron, as well as being a homemaker.

Norma loved flowers, gardening, feeding and watching birds and baking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter-Robin Bassett, and her sister, Neva Parkhurst.

She married Donald D. South on November 26, 1955, in Lamoni, IA.  He survives of the home.

Additional survivors:  sons-Floyd South, New Port News, VA; and David South, Grand Island, NE;  3 grandchildren-Ira Paul Savely, Jennifer Diane Hamby and Levi South; and brother-Rex Kelley, Davis City, IA.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
