Randy Mark Alexander, 63, Hamilton, Missouri, passed away on December 22, 2016, at the Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, Missouri.

Randy was born on January 18, 1953, in Cameron, Mo., to Harold and Voncile Combs Alexander. He was a 1971 graduate of the Penney High School in Hamilton, and then attended Trenton Junior College, Trenton, Mo., for one year studying agriculture business. He had worked in the past as a school bus driver and at Winslow Feed in Hamilton, but he retired from Western Missouri Correctional Center, Cameron, Mo., after 25 years of service there as a correctional officer.

Randy was a member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church.

Randy married Donna Leabo on January 21, 1972, in Hamilton. She preceded him in death in 2001. He was also preceded in death by his parents; grandparents-Les and Ruth Combs and Ada and Wyatt Alexander; and sister-Lori Alexander.

Survivors: Daughters-Tammy (Jim) Pratt, Hamilton; and Kimi (Michael) Gray, Kingston, Mo.; Brother-Danny (Cheryl) Alexander, Hamilton; Sister-Julie (Roger) Hill, Hamilton; 5 grandchildren-Andrew (Taylor) Pratt, Jesse Pratt, Dakota (Joslyn) Gray, Karly (Gage) Johnson, and Hanna and Braden Gray; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service: 11 a.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016, at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, Hamilton, Mo.

Visitation: 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 28, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.

Interment: Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
