In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Ronin--December 30, 2008-September 4, 2026

The loss of Ronin Artimus Chlumsky, who left us far too soon at 17.  Ronin was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, but he was simply Ronin-one of a kind, deeply loved and missed.

Goofy, funny, honest, stubborn, generous, and kindhearted, Ronin had a sarcastic mouth and dark humor that made us laugh.  We will miss his voice, laughter, stories, opinions, and even his stubbornness.

Ronin loved family, Renaissance fairs, anime, good food, 80's and 90's rock, Magic:  The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, BeanBoozled, and his animals.  He dreamed of becoming a mechanic like his grandfather and owning his own game store.

He leaves behind his father, Ronald Jarrett Chlumsky; mother, Nikki Rae Brooks; brothers, Caulan Allistair Brooks (Erin Kay Brooks) and Thor Aleczandur Chlumsky; sister, Bailey Jarissa McClary (Zachariah McClary); and extended family and friends.

Celebration of Life-September 23, 2026, from 1 to 6 p.m., at Camp Pawnee Scout Camp, Larned, Kansas.

Hamburgers and hot dogs provided.  Please bring a potluck side dish and your memories.  Come share stories, laughter, and tears as we celebrate Ronin's life.  

Forever 17.  Forever our Ronin.  Forever loved.
