Susan Elizabeth (Crotty) McLaughlin, 72, Kansas City, MO, passed away on March 7, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center, in Harlingen, TX.

Susan was born on April 17, 1949, in Kansas City, MO, to Laurence and Florine (Fowler) Crotty.  She graduated from Southeast High School, in Kansas City.  Susan was a homemaker and also worked for a short time as a secretary/accountant for La Petite Academy.  Susan and her husband were AVID Kansas City Chiefs fans, and enjoyed going to their lake house and wintering in south Texas.

She married Anthony (Tony) McLaughlin on May 22, 1971, in Kansas City.  He preceded her in death in 2018.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter-Rhonda Duffin, and sister-Jane Willis.

Survivors:  Daughters-Susan McLaughlin, Warsaw, MO; and Karen (Ronnie) Miller, Hamilton, MO; 4 granddaughters-Kari Smith, Stevie McLaughlin, Alexis Dunn, and Toni McLaughlin; 5 great-grandsons-C.J. Dilly, Lane Dilly, Arthur Taylor Grissom IV, Jayden Mortell, and Aaron Redding; and brother-Phil Crotty, Pleasant Hill, MO.

Celebration of Life:  1 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, at the Hamilton Federated Church, Hamilton, MO.

Visitation:  6:30 to 8 p.m., Monday, March 14, at the Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton, MO.

Interment:  Highland Cemetery,  Hamilton.
