Victoria "Vicky" Lynn Billstine, was born to Charles and Dorothy Billstine on May 1, 1960, in Downers Grove, Illinois. She and her mother moved to Hamilton, Missouri, in 1976, where she graduated from high school in 1979.

They later moved back to Illinois to be nearer to Vicky's sister and her family. Vicky passed away at the age of 52 on January 30, 2013, in Mississippi.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, and several other relatives.

Survivors: Sister, Pamela Antonini (Richard), Lisle, Illinois; Brother, Karl Billstine (Lana), Cameron, Missouri; nephew, Phillip; and three nieces, Brooke (Mac) Jackson, Anna Antonini, Susan Antonini, and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial graveside service and inurnment were held at the Hopewell Cemetery, Cowgill, Mo., on February 20, 2013. Arrangements: Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.
