William Herring was the oldest of two sons born to Archie and Doris Herring in Kansas City Kansas. Bill died on July 25 2011 at the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home Hamilton Missouri.Bill graduated from Turner High School Baker University and the University of Kansas with a Masters in Political Science.On October 14 1989 he married Nancy Jane Kenney. They resided in Hamilton Mo.Surviving are his wife Nancy; Mother Doris Herring; Brother Steve (Tara) Herring; and nephew and niece Zachary and Abigail; aunts and uncles Raymond and Geneva Herring Bill and Joyce Thomas and Ruth Crane.Funeral Mass: 12:00 p.m. noon Thursday July 28 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hamilton.Visitation: 1 hour prior to the service at the church.Interment: Highland Cemetery Hamilton.
